WhatsApp calling v/s IMO calling

Today , here we will discuss about two chatting, calling messenger,
The Whatsapp messenger and the IMO .

As we all know Whatsapp is the most common messenger which is used worldwide for chatting , and it is available for #iOS, #windows, #android, Nokia's #s40, #s60 versions , which helped whatsapp to gain its popularity even in low end device and non smartphone devices

IMO messenger may not be as common as whatsapp but its another great app for chatting , voice calling or the video calling .

So let's coming to the point , recently Whatsapp has rolled out its much awaited feature I.e voice calling , to all its android users (windows , iOS , symbian people will have to wait a bit) , so now people can make free calls to their loved ones using their 2G,3G, WiFi connection .

So if you have already got the calling feature on your whatsapp try it , how is it?
If u didn't.. Follow these steps
1. Update your whatsapp version to 2.12.5 from play store or download 2.12.12 from Whatsapp official website.
2. After updating , ask your frnd who already has the calling feature activated to call you , miss call won't work , so receive the call and let it go for some seconds and then disconnect it.
3. You will see 3 tabs on your Whatsapp messenger I.e call , chat, contact
4. If you didn't see , close Whatsapp and reopen it .

IMO messenger , is another great app for voice calling and especially for video calling , people who have 2G connection and want to enjoy a video calling , can actually try this app , and its easy to use your contact will be available and you can choose from them and make a call , may be video call may not go as smooth as it clearly depends on your network and Internet speed. I have used IMO on my Airtel 2G connection it was not that smooth but at least I can see them and talk , it works very smooth on 3G or WiFi.

But overall , if you want to go for video calling you can choose this over Skype or any other , only problem is it didn't have block option .

Final verdict : if you want to try voice calling go for Whatsapp , but if you wanna see you loved ones I.e video calling go for IMO app .

Note - whatsapp calling feature is only available for android users as of now and IMO is also available for only android users.
